Actually, penchant for tasts is not modern people’s patent. Let’s have a look at ancient clothes and you will taste the ancientness from the delicate designs and patterns.

 Pouch is attached to waist. The ancient people used it to hold some personal things(such as handkerchief, changes, seal and so on). The people living in the Spring and Autumn Era did not have pockets on clothes but used the leather pouches. Up to the Ming and Qing dynasties, the pouches were made of silk and embroidered with colourful patterns. One kind of pouches was calabash-shaped and it was thus called “calabash pouch”.
